Launching! Today I’m launching a couple fundraising projects. On Kickstarter, I have a project to raise funds for a printing of the all-new, totally-updated 2nd edition of the wildlife guide. The green iguana below is also launching, but it’s launching itself into the water. They are great swimmers and are probably more graceful in the water than anywhere else. They primarily swim to escape potential predators, and to reach overnight perches where they are protected.
